– 2 Legs (a sheep only has 2 legs, its front legs are referred to as shoulders!)
– 2 Shoulders
– 2 French Trimmed Racks
– 2 Belly / Breasts (boned and rolled in 1 pack of 4 half cuts)
– Neck of Lamb (stewing cuts in 1 or 2 packs)
– 2 Packs of Loin Chops (approx. 5 chops in each pack)
– 2 Packs of Gigot Chops (approx. 4 chops in each pack)
– 2 Lamb Kidneys (packed with Loin Chops)

Product Description

Meat Weights: Please note that the weights given are approximate and do vary. For example, whole lamb carcases range between approx 12-16 kilos, and fully butchered weights, depending on how much the lambs are boned, will give you a whole lamb box of around 9-12 kilos.  The more boning and rolling or other butchery required, the less the total box will weigh. Basic butchery (legs and shoulders whole, loin and racks as chops or joints and breast boned and rolled) will give a heavier box.
